La planta baja, como n\u00facleo de la vivienda, queda totalmente vinculada a este jard\u00edn interior. Este contraste entre zonas  cerradas y abiertas se refleja en las aperturas, la vegetaci\u00f3n y la materialidad. Los recorridos sinuosos y las plantaciones m\u00e1s densas acompa\u00f1an las zonas protegidas, mientras que en la zona interior abierta, la materialidad se aligera mediante las celos\u00edas de madera y una vegetaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s baja y despejada.
